We recommend booking at least eight weeks before your preferred departure date, particularly for tours during peak European travel seasons (May through September). Some tours with limited availability may require earlier booking.
Our tour prices include expert guide services, all site entry fees, ground transportation during the tour, study materials, and selected group meals. Accommodation, international flights, and travel insurance are not included unless specifically stated.

Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure receive a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations 15-30 days before departure receive a 50% refund. We strongly recommend travel insurance for all international bookings.
